Six officers and forty-three sailors who successfully completed the Rapid Action Boat Squadron (RABS) ‘Q’ Course of the 24th intake, passed out at the main parade ground of RABS Headquarters at Gagewadiya, Puttalam. The ceremony was graced by Navy Commander Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva as the chief guest.
