Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday held a discussion with Buddhist monks, officials of the Buddha Sasana Ministry and the Gampaha District Secretariat regarding the forthcoming historical Duruthu Perahera of Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya.
