The land reclamation of the Colombo Port City ended today with the second phase of the project, and construction of the city, scheduled to begin soon. Megapolis & Western Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka, Chinese Ambassador Cheng Xueyuan and Managing Director of CHEC Port City Colombo (Pvt) Ltd.
