Former MP and Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) candidate Mujibur Rahaman arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to lodge a complaint against Former Minister Wimal Weerawansa whom he accused of printing stamps with his picture and using them for mail.
