The Civil Security Department deployed more than thousand soldiers to clean the areas which were affected by heavy floods. They were deployed under the instructions of CSD Director General Chandraratne Pallegama. The initiative was launched ceremoniously at the Kolonnawa Divisional Secretariat. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
