The 20th Death Anniversary of late Gamini Dissanayake was commemorated at the Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Colombo today. The commemoration programme was organised by Gamini Dissanayake Commemorative Association and Gamini Dissanayake Foundation. Mr Dissanayake was killed by an LTTE suicide bomber while he was addressing a presidential election rally at Thotalanga Junction in Colombo on October 24, 1994. Pix and video by Pradeep Pathirana.
