There are essentially two types of ministering types in this country according to a distinguished policy maker. He gives the best type answers over his phone and knows clearly his office is temporary in nature and therefore he needs to be with his people. The other type can never be contacted, keeps people waiting hours to show his importance and only interested in feathering his family nest and ends up kicking the bucket. Then he said there are also hybrids, which generally have only one term, because they never can come to terms with the reality. He said one such minister type in a powerful traditional ministry does not know where he belongs and as a result he has gone back to wear his old hat and sadly likely to hit the political bucket in 2020.
