Three important diplomatic stations have not been filled for the last three months. The foreign ministering type is happily playing ball without making any effort to fill these vacancies. We hear an advertising guy is tipped to be sent to Old Blighty but unfortunately the presiding type has also found a choice of his own. So, the battle goes on. Hmm…
