YBSL launches ‘Y CLUB’ to connect young entrepreneurs

The Youth Business Sri Lanka, an arm of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, recently launched the ‘Y CLUB’, providing young entrepreneurs a platform to connect, network, share ideas and prosper together.

The launching took place in Colombo with the participation of the CEO of (YBI) Youth Business International (U.K) CEO Andrew Davenport. Devanport led YBI, which operates in 46 countries and Ceylon Chamber led YBSL works together in supporting local entrepreneurs.
‘YBI will help open up the ‘Y Club’ to international entrepreneur hubs already set up through YBI. 
Youth Business Sri Lanka (YBSL) is an organization that pioneer’s mentoring and support entrepreneurship development for more than 15 years.
The launch also saw the attendance of Abbas Esufali, Group Director of Hemas Holdings Plc, Vidyani Hettigoda, Director of Hettigoda Industries, Nihal Abeysekara, Chairman of Japan Lanka Industry and Development Centre an Sriyan Wijeratne, CEO of Textured Jersey.
