Suncity Developers announced that is has started vertical construction of its new luxury apartment complex at St. Anthony’s Road, Colombo 3.
This complex named Prestige will offer residents luxury living, convenience, strategic location and premium amenities. Pre-sales of apartments is expected to start in mid September 2015.

This 11-storey complex will comprise three apartments per floor, with the three luxury duplexes on the topmost floor showing off a spectacular view of the city, from one side, with the ocean on the other.

The three bedroom apartments will range from 1490 – 1722 square feet and will be fitted with imported amenities, including satellite TV connections, a private balcony, individual air conditioning, a custom-made pantry and imported appliances. In addition, every homeowner will have access to a landscaped rooftop garden, a full-length pool, and fully equipped gym.

Located in the heart of the city of Colombo, owners will have access to supermarkets, schools, transport and restaurants, all of which are walking distance from the apartment.

“Prestige is going to be the ideal location for luxurious suburban living in a highly desirable neighbourhood where residents will live an envious lifestyle with upscale amenities,” said Pinsiri Fernando, chairman of Suncity Developers.

Each apartment will also feature a maid’s room, three baths and living/dining areas.  Each pantry is being designed with modern finishes including granite countertops, designer cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, while the bathrooms will evoke sophisticated and upscale living with oversized walk-in showers and elegant dual-sink vanities. Each apartment-owner will have their own car park space with direct entry to elevators.

Fernando says that the first model apartment will be ready for inspection on November 2015 with occupancy-readiness slated for November 2016. This is the 14th real estate project for Suncity Developers.
