Singer adds new products to Prestige Kitchenware portfolio

Singer Sri Lanka PLC further extended its ‘Prestige’ Kitchenware brand portfolio in Sri Lanka by introducing a gas cooker with glass top, mixture grinder, wet grinder, stainless pressure cooker and non-stick cookware range.

It was unveiled at the recently concluded Singer lifestyle exhibition held at the BMICH in the presence of  officials from both Singer Sri Lanka and TTK Prestige Limited. 

At the launch, Singer Sri Lanka CEO  Asoka Pieris said he is  confident  that the new additions to Prestige range would be welcomed by all Sri Lankans.
“We are proud to introduce it to the modern household as people are more aware of quality, safety and health aspects” he said. 

Exports of TTK Prestige - India, General Manager, Narasingh Rajkumar said that together with Singer they will continue to introduce innovative and high quality products to make cooking a sheer pleasure through minimum effort.

“It is noteworthy that Singer has been working with Prestige to bring unique and innovative products to Sri Lankan consumers while identifying individual needs” he said.

Detailing about the products that were launched he said the gas cooker with glass top  consists high quality material as the burners are made with 100 percent brass and glass is made with shadow brass and as a result cleaning would become much easier.

He said that wet grinders are made for perfect size and shape as the stones retains the taste and food comes out nicely. The two litre grinder is equipped with a grinding stone. The mixture grinder described as ‘all in one solution’,  comes with three different jars. He noted that it grinds spices and even juices effortlessly.

The non-stick cookware range has a five layer granite coating, it is scratch resistant and even metal spoons can be used on it according to him. The pressure cooker is made of virgin aluminium stainless steel.

Each of the cookware has handy features which would make housewives life even easier. Rajkumar further said Prestige which is originally from London, is the number one product in India and they export it to more than 45 countries.

Singer has been associating with the Prestige brand for over two decades through an exclusive distributor partnership.
