SEC interviews applicants for DG post

Interviews to hire a new Director General for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) were believed to have taken place yesterday at the SEC premises, Mirror Business learns.
Media reports earlier said, quoting SEC Chairman Thilak Karunaratne, that there had been around 10 applications for the post.
The SEC has been operating without a Director General for over 3 years.
