National Chamber workshop on productivity improvement

A one-day Workshop in Sinhala on “Productivity Improvement Techniques for Manufacturing and Engineering Industries”

(Sinhala Medium) will be held on August 21st from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium.

The facilitator will be Sunil G Wijesinha, a recognised Corporate Trainer on Productivity.  Wijesinha started his career in Industrial Engineering and  has followed many programs in Japan in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Japanese productivity techniques. He is the pioneer in introducing Quality Circles and 5S into Sri Lanka. He has lectured and conducted seminars in many Asian countries and has been a resource person for the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO). 

He has also been awarded the APO Regional Award for his contribution in promoting productivity in the Asia Pacific Region by APO, and he has also been awarded the National Productivity Award by APO for promoting productivity in Sri Lanka.


 The program will touch on the following:  A certificate of participation will be offered for the participants at the end of the program.
