Bongo celebrates first year in business

Bongo Travels celebrated its first year in operation with a simple ceremony at the office premises that reflected the company’s straightforward approach to business. 

The celebratory proceedings ended with a raffle draw which selected a winner from the 300 odd participants of the Facebook competition ‘Answer & Win’. The prize was a return ticket to Kuala Lumpur along with a 50 percent discount on an additional ticket if the winner chose to buy the same. 

Established in July 2014, Bongo offers hassle-free, personalized outbound travel planning services.  The company operates 24 hours a day throughout the week and its customer service hotlines cater in Sinhala, Tamil and English languages to service people of all walks of life. Bongo’s unique service enables customers to simply communicate their travel needs and receive a tailor-made solution.
