Abans Engineering recognized for meeting highest quality standards

Abans Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Abans Group of companies,  received recognition  for its continuous  commitment for highest standards of quality service in Air Conditioning Industry, from Bureau Veritas Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a world  renowned  certification body and a leader in ISO standards  AWARDING ISO 9001: 2008 certificate after completing the audit process. 

Shan Nanayakkara - General Manager of Bureau Veritas awarded the certificate to Clive Fernando - Managing Director of Abans Engineering at a ceremony held at their premises.

ISO standard for quality meets the need of expectation of the customer which manages the activities very efficiently, methodically and measures by continuous monitoring and recording the Key Performance Index (KPI). Abans Engineering, a EM1 Grade company demonstrates its’ to continuous improvement in MVAC/HVAC to the Industry.

Clive Fernando – Managing Director, the driving force behind this achievement said, “This certification is beneficial for the company as well as for the industry and valued customers to maintain continuous standards and improvements in Engineering as well as services”. He further thanked the staff for their excellent work and highlighted in particular the contributions of Management Representative Buddika Wasala and all the staff of the company who contributed to achieve this standard.

The Design office, Project office, factory and workshop of Abans Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., is located at Ratmalana. 

The company operates with four special target project teams which include 35 Engineering Staffs and six Draughts Persons, and the Maintenance & Service section includes 24 Engineers and 85 Technicians who are trained in overseas for the respective specialized brands.
