Yunnan Green Food Promotion and Conference, jointly organized by Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, Yunnan Commercial Representative Office in Colombo, Yunnan International Trade and Investment Service Center, Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka China Business Council will be held on November 12 and 13.
The two events are aimed at promoting fresh, healthy and organic green food from Yunnan Province in China. The products include various varieties of organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, tea as well as flowers grown and produced in the southwestern Chinese province.
The food promotion and the exhibition, held under China’s One Belt and One Road initiative, will be a perfect platform for merchants to purchase and trade and it’s a great opportunity for Sri Lankans to know about the Yunnan green food.
The Yunnan Green Food Promotion will be held at Colombo City Center on November 12th and will be open for general public from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The conference which will be attended by local business partners, will take place at Galle Face Hotel on November 13th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
