V & Eye Opticians Chairperson Malarvili Anton received the Silver award - Medium category at Women Entrepreneur 2015 held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena at Cinnamon Grand.
The award ceremony was organised by the Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which was started in 1985 and Sri Lanka’s only Chamber of Commerce dedicated to women and the world’s first Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
“I am happy about this victory as a woman. Women can take part in the country’s economic development in a large scale. I consider this award to be a token of appreciation to the service we rendered to our customers for years,” said Anton.
Anton was a Director at Eric Rajapakse Opticians. V & Eye Opticians has administered a trustworthy service to satisfy the visionary needs of the people in the country for about 12 years.
