Three new directors have been appointed to the board of John Keells PLC, the produce broking arm of the country’s largest conglomerate John Keells Holdings PLC. Corporate lawyer Anandhiy Gunawardhana, marketing expert Charitha Wijewardane and financial professional Arundathi Rajakarier were appointed as Directors of John Keells PLC yesterday.
They will be replacing Tilak De Zoysa, Yoland Hansen and Sharmini Ratwatte, who ceased to be Directors at John Keells the preceding day during its Annual General Meeting, after serving the company for nine years. None of the directors exiting or joining the company have any relevant interests in the shares of the company.
