Platinum1, in partnership with The Kingsbury Hotel, recently announced the launch of the Platinum1 luxury serviced apartments, located at No: 1, Bagatalle Road, offering clients a first of its kind service.
As Sri Lanka’s first luxury serviced apartments, Platinum1 is designed, decorated and serviced to the same exacting standards as The Kingsbury offering exquisite luxury to each resident throughout the year.
Speaking on the services Platinum1 will offer its residents, Platinum Realty Managing Director Kishore Reddy explained, “The entire building will be managed by The Kingsbury. This involves the entire day-to-day running, all the décor and the servicing of all apartments in the rental pool.
