People’s Bank along with People’s Leasing & Finance came together to provide breakfast to 25,000 devotees observing sil at Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi in Anuradhapura once again.
The almsgiving was organised by the Buddhist Society of People’s Bank’s Anuradhapura region, whilst being sponsored by the staff members of People’s Bank and People’s Leasing & Finance.
This almsgiving was held with the patronage of Venerable Doctor Pallegama Sirinivasa Thera, whilst People’s Bank and People’s Leasing & Finance Chairman Hemasiri Fernando, People’s Bank CEO/General Manager N. Vasantha Kumar, People’s Leasing & Finance CEO/General Manager D.G. Kumarage, senior members of the management and staff graced the event.
