The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA) and its award ceremony were held with the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena on October 4 at Cinnamon Grand Hotel Colombo.
During the ceremony, the president presented awards appreciating the professional skills of the OPA members.
Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake too was awarded by the president in appreciation of his professional skills.
Speaker of Parliament Karu Jayasuriya and the current OPA Chairman Ruwan Gallege also participated in the event.
