Ma’s celebrates 30 years

The artisans of spices, Ma’s Food Processing (Pvt) Ltd recently celebrated its 30th anniversary at the company’s main production facility in Dambulla. 
Founded in 1986 as a micro industry with a simple range of packaged spices, today the company has widened its range to include chutneys, pickles, curry pastes, spice mixes, pasta, pasta sauces and coconut milk. The Ma’s family of products includes Dad’s Garden gourmet sauces, Happy Home ready to eat foods and curries, Ma’s Happy Life Kitchen organic certified foods, Pasta Roma specialty pastas and sauces and Katersafe range of food service supplies. The company’s strong commitment to the community and the sustainability of the environment has been proved with the assistance and guidance given to the small-scale spice farmers in Matale district in enhancing their livelihoods and obtaining international standards & certification for their produce.
