Laugfs Holdings, one of the largest diversified conglomerates in the country, yet again took part in the recently concluded EDEX Expo, attracting large crowds to its stall. EDEX, held at the Colombo BMICH, is known as the country’s largest education exhibition and job fair conducted three times a year.
The theme for this year was ‘Tell Your Dream Only To The One Who Could Make It Real’, emphasizing various avenues and opportunities available at Laugfs for professionals to achieve their career dreams. Visitors to the stall also got the opportunity to learn more about the highly diversified group, as well as its unique and dynamic work culture. The Laugfs stall attracted many young talented candidates who registered their CVs using the online registration portals.
This initiative was a part of a series of talent acquisition programs developed under the Laugfs’ HR vision to ‘Build a Great Team to Make LAUGFS a Great Company’. This mantra at Laugfs aims to ensure that opportunities are paired with people’s abilities in order to create an ideal match.
