The Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde held discussions with the Sri Lankan delegation led by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on the sidelines of the 5-day World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting held in Switzerland this week. Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama, Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka in Geneva Ravinath Ariyasinghe, Prime Minister’s Additional Secretary Saman Athaudahetty were also present at the discussion.
