Leading knit fabric manufacturer Textured Jersey Lanka PLC has changed its name to Teejay Lanka PLC, the company informed the Colombo Stock Exchange yesterday.
The company received shareholder nod for the name change during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 16. Teejay Lanka PLC is a joint venture between Sri Lanka’s Brandix Lanka Ltd and Pacific Textured Jersey Holdings Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong-listed Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited.
