Ministry of Development Strategies and International Trade jointly arranged with World Bank Group a workshop titled ‘ Sri Lanka Innovation & Entrepreneurship Strategies’, last week.
The main issues discussed at the finale of the workshop were challenges and reforms in modernizing the research and development sector in Sri Lanka, national quality Infrastructure system and its further improvements and benefits.
Key guests of this event were Minister for Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama, State Minister for International Trade Sujeeva Senasinghe, Secretary to the Ministry Chandani Wijewardene, Chairperson EDB Indra Malwatte, Harin de Silva (CEO-SLINTEC), Dilhan Fernando (CEO-Dilmah), Anushka Wijesinghe Economist- Chamber Of Commerce.
