Hatton National Bank (HNB) staff held their annual Christmas carols at their head office auditorium recently.
The ‘ever green’, popular carols were sung by talented HNB choristers giving air to the good tidings the birth of Christ brings.
The costumes and the decor brought glitter to the evening and the ambience created was solemn.
The choristers displayed their vocal and linguistic talents by rendering carols in several languages which received plaudits from the appreciative audience.
Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Fernando, who delivered the Christmas message, also commended the high standards of HNB carols.
This much-awaited annual event was well patronized by distinguished invitees, HNB staff, past employees and their families and well-wishers.
