Dialog Axiata PLC has incorporated a fully owned subsidiary to carry out Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business services, the company said in a stock exchange filing. The subsidiary Dialog Business Services (Private) Limited, which was incorporated on November 21, 2016 at this point is nonoperational and Dialog Axiata said it would keep the Colombo bourse informed when the company becomes operational in the future.
