Commercial Bank of Ceylon celebrated Poson with a traditional Poson ‘Pahan Gee’ recital by a choir comprising of staff.
The event at the Navarangahala was attended by the top management of the bank and a large number of staff members and their families.
Veteran musician Karunaratne Divulgane was a special guest artist at this event and performed a few songs together with the bank’s staff.
A feature of this year’s Poson celebration was that many of the devotional songs performed by the 30-member choir were produced for the bank.
This was the 16th such celebration organised by Commercial Bank to commemorate Poson.
