The UAE-based retail and leisure giant LuLu Group entered Sri Lanka by opening a US $ 8 million food packaging facility in the Katunayake Export Processing Zone on May 17th to supply LuLu operations worldwide. LuLu Group Chairman and Managing Director Yusuff Ali met with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe the next day, to discuss the group’s future plans for investments in Sri Lanka.
