Ravi Karunanayake, who recently resigned as the Foreign Minister, after being linked to a controversial bond dealer under investigation, was seen at a function held yesterday to launch the third waste-to-energy project at Karadiyana garbage dump, where President Maithripala Sirisena attended as the chief guest.
