The “Shang Flying Dreams Kite Festival” organized by Shangri-La Resort in Hambantota was held last Saturday with the participation of school children in the area. The 100-day countdown is also set for the opening of the resort. Shangri-La is a Hong-Kong based luxury hotel operator who is also developing a property at the Galle Face promenade.
