A 12 year-old-boy, had lodged a complaint at the Bandaragama Police Station against his father, who he said has been allegedly assaulting his mother, sister and himself for a long time.
However, the boy who arrived at the station in his uniform, said his father did not beat his older sister. Police said they would summon the parents to the police today for an inquiry. (Bimal Shaman Jayasinghe)
