Video: Yal Devi arrives in Jaffna

The one-time popular Yal Devi express train arrived in Jaffna a short while ago after 24 years, with President Mahinda Rajapaksa who boarded the train from Palai.

The Yal Devi train made its test trip to Jaffna on the recently restored Northern railway line on September 22 from Palai.
