Wild fire in Minipe and Knuckles

A wild fire has been reported in the Minipe, Kandy and the Yahangala area in the Knuckles mountain range since last night, DMC said today.

According to Disaster Management Centre (DMC) the fire is spreading fast over the Knuckles Mountain range due to the prevailing drought.(YP)
