Two bodies have been recovered by the Navy after they had gone missing when the boat they were traveling in capsized in the Kirinda harbour yesterday, Navy spokesman Captain Athula Senarath told Daily Mirror Online.

He said the two bodies had been recovered this morning and that the Navy divers are continuing with their search for the third body.

A navy officer and a child were killed while three others had gone missing when a boat at the Kirinda harbour capsized last afternoon. The boat had been provided by the navy for an excursion to a family which visited the Kirinda harbour. The boat had capsized due to rough sea conditions.
