Three suspects were arrested on charges of operating a brothel under the guise of a Guest House at Pagoda Road, Nugegoda on Sunday, Walana Police Crime Division said.

The manager of the guest house and two women aged 21 and 23 were arrested for allegedly engaging in prostitution.

The suspects were produced before the Gangodawila Magistrate’s Court yesterday and were released on Rs.50,000 surety bail and Rs.2,000 for each woman.
