New Chairman for CEB

The former Chairman of the Atomic Energy Authority (AEA) Prof. Wimaladharma Abeywickrama has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) with effect from June 9th by Minister of Power and Energy Patali Champika Ranawaka today, the CEB media unit told Daily Mirror online

Mr. Nimal Wickremasuriya has meanwhile been named as the new General Manager of the CEB. Several other appointments to replace the former Director Board of the Ceylon Electricity Board are scheduled to be made this evening. (Daily Mirror online)
