Six drown in Polonnaruwa

Six people had drowned when their boat capsized in a Mahasenpura tank in Welikanda, Polonnaruwa today. According to Polonnaruwa Police DIG Kithsiri Dayananda, the boat toppled when these people were enjoying a boat ride.  Their bodies have been taken to the Welikanda Hospital, the Police said.
