Six armed gangsters in police custody

Six armed gangsters were arrested in connection with the robbery of motorbikes and other household items in Gampaha, Veyangoda, Wallawa and Mahawa, police said.

They said the arrests were made by the Negombo Crimes Division and that the suspects were residents of Horampella, Minuwangoda, Walallavita, Andiambalama and Ebbagamuwa areas. (CP)
