Former army commander Sarath Fonseka has instructed his wife and children not to appeal for a pardon on behalf of him, as he had done nothing wrong, Anoma Fonseka told Daily Mirror online.

I visited my husband today (08th) after a special request was made and he told me not to apologize as he had done nothing wrong. “If we did something wrong it was compulsory to apologize and if we didn’t we need not do so” Anoma Fonseka said.  (Daily Mirror online)
