Policeman killing: Main suspect arrested

The main suspect in connection with the abduction and murder of a Police Constable in Kurunegala two weeks ago, was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) from Teldeniya today, Police said.
An armed gang allegedly led by the suspect abducted two policemen on duty and shot and killed one of them on May 5. However, one of the policemen managed to escape with injuries.
