Parliament adjourned for ten minutes

Parliament was adjourned for ten minutes following a tense situation in parliament. The tense situation arose when UPFA MP Dinesh Gunawardena was prevented from tabling a letter in the House on the transfers of several senior officers of the Central Bank.
