The Slave Island police today informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate Court that none of the eyewitnesses identified the suspects allegedly involved in the attack on the Siyatha Media Institution. The Slave Island police made this submission when the magisterial inquiry into the attack was taken up for hearing.
The police also told that they were yet to receive an assessment report from the complaint party regarding the damages. Colombo Fort Magistrate Ms. Lanka Jayaratne ordered the police to arrest all suspects involved in the attack and called for a report to be submitted on November 15.
