No road closures during the day today-Police

Roads in Colombo will not be closed during the day today other than the scheduled closures from 12.30 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. and from 3.30 a.m. to 4.00 a.m., the police said.

The roads to be closed at those times are: The Katunayake-Colombo Expressway, Baseline Road, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Thunmulla, Galle Road from Bamabalapitiya and Kollupitiya.

A large number of Heads of Government and delegates are scheduled to arrive tomorrow and on Thursday.

Apart from the Malawian Foreign Minister, no Heads of Government arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday.(Supun Dias)
