President Mahinda Rajapaksa visited the parliament this afternoon to attend consultative committee meetings of the Port and Defense ministries, a Presidential spokesman told Daily Mirror online.

The President also had a casual chat with UNP MP Mangala Samaraweera within the parliament premises, sources said. (Daily Mirror online)
