Sri Lanka Cricket announced at a meeting held today that it was decided to shortlist two candidates for the post of Sri Lanka Cricket national head coach which included Marvan Attapattu.

“The Committee had a discussion with Marvan Attapattu and will discuss with the other candidate during the course of the day and the final decision will be conveyed to the Ex-Co for their ratification tomorrow (24),” the statement said.
