The Chairman of the bureau, Kingsley Ranawaka said the bureau is to conduct investigations into the incident and will also look into complaints made against the recruitment agency.
Nails and pins had been inserted into Ariyawathie’s body by her Saudi employer while she worked as a maid at the house. She underwent a major three hour operation on Friday and is now recovering.
