Food products containing whey protein released

The Ministry of Health today said that the 104 samples of food products containing Whey protein which were inspected by the Medical Research Institute (MRI), did not contain Clostridium Botulinum bacteria.

A press release issued by ministry said that in these circumstances, the Food Advisory Committee (FAC) had decided to release the stocks of products containing high concentrations of Whey protein to the market.
