Fonseka back in a cell

DNA leader Sarath Fonseka is likely to be brought back to his prison cell today due to the improvement in his health, Prisons Commissioner Major General (Ret) V.R Silva told Daily Mirror online

The Prisons Commissioner added that Sarath Fonseka’s health condition has improved and that it was likely that he will be brought back to his prison cell today from the prison hospital.

The former Army Commander was admitted to the Prison Hospital at the Welikada prison due to a sudden illness on Tuesday (16th) night. (Daily Mirror online)
